All vehicles shall be serviced as per Manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure their proper expected functioning and safety and record maintained.

Lubrication and greasing of all points/parts shall be carried out by maintaining a Time Table and recording for individual vehicles, action taken according to the same and record maintained.

Emission shall be controlled within the prescribed limit by periodical Certification by Authorised Emission centres with necessary corrective action, if required.

The vehicle shall be covered under Comprehensive Insurance to take care of the claims of commuters in case of accidents as well as the vehicle.

The following shall be ensured at all times to be under working condition:

	Rear view mirror, auto dipper, wind-screen wiper, signalling device, flash light, stop/brake light, and all lights and lamps.
	Horn audibility
	Silencer (noise level)

The vehicle shall have a First Aid box with full complement.

The vehicle shall have a loaded Fire Extinguisher

The driver shall have valid Driving licence

The driver shall not have been involved in any accident preceding a year

The driver shall be with sound vision, mental status and not be an addict of alcohol
