Driver not to become panic. Should remain calm. |

Driver to report immediately to the concerned supervisor. |
|
Supervisor to inform the Fleet Safety Administrator of the accident in detail and cause for the same. |
|
In case of injury to any one, call an ambulance. |
|
Driver should not discuss about the accident with any one unconcerned. |
|
SRS office shall send the concerned officer for coordination of activities in this regard. |
|
Report to police according to the circumstances before witnesses if necessary. |
|
SRS office shall inform the Insurance Co. of the details of accident immediately for their immediate and further action. |
|
SRS office shall inform SAP LABS of the details of the accident immediately over phone and thereafter send a detailed report. |
|
All data concerning the above are computerised for further action. |
|
Fleet Safety Administrator shall hold detailed investigation and recommend necessary action against the concerned. |
|
Data posted to the Vehicle history sheet and that of the driver for future reference. |
